11 years of injustice for Honorio and Margarito

After 11 years of being subjected to a homicide trial, the Second Mixed Court of Puerto de Escondido, belonging to the Judicial Power of the State of Oaxaca, excessively delays the criminal process and prevents the release of Honorio Corcuera Noyola and Margarito González Domínguez, despite having sufficient evidence to grant the release. Reason for the unjust imprisonment was a supposed homicide of Israel Moreno, who was a young student missing in Chacahua, Tututepec, Oaxaca.

We are calling for immediate liberty for the two African Mexicans who are victims of torture.
Furthermore, we demand justice regarding the violations that have been happening during the judicial process.
